We are an internet based business, and do not operate a brick and mortar store. Unless we are "out of the office" most emails will be responded to within 24 hours .

Return Policy
At Babyblankie.com we want you to be happy.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your non personalized baby blanket, please return your unused baby blanket, for a full refund to your credit card (minus shipping costs).
Simply return your unused baby blanket within 7 days.
You MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER,

Name, address & email address.
*Please note all personalized baby blankets, custom baby blankets, & sale/ specially priced baby blankets are not returnable. If you received your non personalized/non custom order baby blanket as a gift, & it was not on sale, you will receive store credit.

For your protection, please insure the package & get a delivery confirmation number. If we receive your baby blanket after 10 days, but within 14 days a store credit will be given. No returns or exchanges accepted after 14 days.

Baby Blanket Problems
I received the wrong baby blanket, there is a problem with my baby blanket, etc. Please contact us ASAP with your ORDER number at 858-354-3349 or email us at Babyblankie.com@gmail.com & tell us what happened . We want to make you happy & we realize that sometimes a mistake will occur. Please note that if you receive a personalized baby gift, & the person who sent you the gift gave us an incorrect spelling or incorrect birth date, we can not correct or remake you another baby blanket.
*Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not liable when we "ship to" the address you entered.
If you made a mistake, call us immediately!! 858-354-3349 because once your item has been mailed, we can not change or re-route your package, we can only supply you with your delivery confirmation number, (you will personally need to contact the post office yourself for any changes).

Personalized Baby Blankets
We only accept online orders for personalized baby blankets, this is to avoid spelling errors. Personalized baby blankets are not returnable. Please check the spelling & the date of birth before placing your gift order. Once we personalize your baby blanket, we can not remove /correct/change the embroidery. If you made a mistake on your order please phone us immediately! This is because sometimes email can get delayed, & it may then be too late to "correct" your order.
Personalized baby blanket stitching is on both sides of the baby blanket, & the embroidery stitching may not feel as soft as our silky satin. There is a slight possibility that the satin on the blanket may incur a very tiny snag during the embroidery process. Please allow 2 weeks for us to personalize your baby blankets before they are priority or express mailed. RUSH EMBROIDERY service allow 3 business days before blankets are priority or express mailed.

Ordering
We use secure online ordering & we accept Visa, & Mastercard from US banks
We do not accept any Debit-Check cashing cards from Washington Mutual Bank. Washington Mutual Bank will not verify your information, & therefore the order must be voided. If you do not have another form of payment, we will accept paypal for your order.

Please fill out the exact billing name & exact billing address for your credit card, with out it , we can not process your order. So, if your credit card is in your husbands name, you must enter that name, the name of the cardholder.
We need your credit card billing telephone number so we can contact you by phone. We will call to make sure that you placed an order when the order is being shipped to an address other than the billing address. If your bank will not verify phone numbers, we will have to cancel the sale. This is done to protect the consumer, and ourselves against credit card & internet fraud. We will contact you if this should happen, & we will request payment with a different credit card, or accept paypal as a form of payment.*Note that if you placed an order, & did not supply the correct billing name, address, & telephone number, & we were unable to process it, we will contact you by email. There is a $3 reprocessing fee, to process your order again, with the correct billing information.

Rush Orders

If you need us to rush your personalized baby blanket (you can not wait 3 weeks to receive your embroidered baby blanket) you will be charged a $20 rush fee per baby blanket. Express mailing is $28 for one baby blanket. Please note that these services are not always available. If you do not see these options on the checkout, they are not available at that time. You will be billed manually for the rush option & it will not show up on your order confirmation, but will show up on the credit card processors receipt.


International orders/credit cards from banks outside of the USA

We do not ship baby blankets internationally . We do realize that some customers live outside of the USA & would like us to ship inside the USA . For those customers, please email us, because this website does not accept any payments from international credit cards. We will only accept paypal payments, (please note that there is a 5% of the total sale processing fee on paypal orders). We will also accept Western Union money wire transfers.

If you do not have a credit card to order online
You may send a money order, or use paypal.
Please protect yourself when mailing a money order by attaching delivery confirmation & insurance, or certified with return receipt. This is to protect you in the event that your money order is lost in the mail. Babyblankie.com assumes no liability for customers sending money orders in the mail. Please print out the order form with the name & address of where to send the baby blanket, along with the blanket style that you want. You must include shipping costs and any sales tax if they apply.

After you place your order, we will process it usually within 24 hours (except on weekends when we are closed, or on days that we are out of our office). You will be automatically sent via email your delivery confirmation # for your package from the post office. This delivery confirmation number will only show up once your baby blanket has been delivered, (it will not show up while your package is in route, nor will it show the date it was mailed). It will only show up/confirm once the package has been delivered. We recommend that you allow 3 -4 business days for priority mail before checking the number. Just go to the post offices web site www.usps.com, click on track confirm & then enter your number. (For personalized baby blankets please allow 2 weeks for embroidery before they are priority mailed.)

Gift Wrap
Our gift wrap is a clear cellophane bag, with a ribbon bow & tiny 2" x 3" enclosure card. Your gift message is hand written onto this card. We place this gift bag inside a decorative shipping box, or a decorative padded envelope depending on the size of the baby blanket. Gift wrap is $3.50 *If you do not select this feature, & you enter a gift message in the gift enclosure field, we will NOT gift wrap your baby blanket. We will include your greeting on our business card

Shipping

We ship United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We try to mail all orders out within 24 hours. We ship Monday through Friday (we are closed on the weekends). Personalized baby blankets need 2 weeks for embroidery, before they are priority mailed. Packages normally take 3-4 business days to arrive from date they were mailed. Please note that the post office requires a signature for all packages insured for $100 & up. If you are not home, the post office will leave a notice, & you will need to go to your post office to pick up your package.
Express Mail
We will Express Mail your order within 24 hours (except for personalized baby blankets) for next day delivery (except on Saturdays & Sundays, when we are closed). Personalized baby blanket orders must allow 2 weeks for embroidery before they can be express mailed, unless you selected the RUSH embroidery, in which case your personalized baby blanket will be express mailed within 3 business days. At times our express mail feature will not be availble, this will happen on the days we are out of our office & unable to express mail baby blankets.
