Question: Can I get a date of birth embroidered onto a large flannel print silky baby blanket?
Answer: We do not recommend birth dates embroidered onto the flannel print baby blankets because they most likely will not show up & get lost in the print. Also at this time, we can not honor any "special" requests for customers.

Question: Can you mail me a catalog?
Answer: Babyblankie.com does not have a catalog. Please bookmark our site to view our latest styles.

Question: Will you put a name longer than 8 characters onto a small baby blanket?
Answer:Sometimes we may be able to add an extra letter, especially when it is in script. However at this stressful time, we are not doing any special requests. *Note we can not add more letters onto the small chenille baby blankets that are limited to 6 characters. This is because when the chenille baby blankets are washed they become fluffy, & if the letters are too small, you will not be able to see the name after the blanket is washed. The more letters, the smaller each letter becomes. For this same reason we can not add more than the 12 character limit onto the large chenille baby blankets

Question: Do you wholesale your baby blankets?
Answer: No we do not wholesale our baby blankets.

Question: Can you personalize my baby blankets in less than 2 weeks?
Answer: Yes, we have a $20 rush fee per personalized baby blanket, & we will priority mail or express mail your RUSH personalized baby blanket within 3 buisness days of receiving your order, when our RUSH service is available. So if you rush ordered 2 personalized baby blankets, you would be billed a rush charge of $40 on your order. The RUSH charge will be added manually when we process your order, & it will not show up on your checkout total.

Question: Do you offer Express Mail?
Answer: Yes, sometimes. Since we can not always provide that service, from time to time you may not see it offered on our order form. You will need to call us to see if that service is available. The cost is $28 for the 1st blanket & $4 for each additional blanket. Your order must be received by 10 AM PST for next day delivery on non personalized baby blankets .

Question: Will you ship Internationally?
Answer: No. Our Postal service does allow delivery confirmation on International mail, except for Express Global mail which cost $51 & up. Without delivery confirmation & insurance, we have no way of knowing whether or not the package has been delivered, & we will not take that risk. *Exception if you have a Federal Express account,& want us to use/bill your account directly to ship internationally, we will do it for you. (Please note that we do not accept credit cards from banks outside of the USA, unless processed through paypal with a 5% processing fee, We do accept Western Union payments). You will need to email us to make an order, since our system is not set up for international orders.

Question: How do I care for/wash my baby blanket?
Answer: We recommend that you wash your baby blanket in cold water on a gentle cycle, no bleach & that you hang dry, & iron on a low setting. However many of our customers do put our baby blankets in a dryer on low heat. These care instructions are included on your baby blankets.

Question: What color embroidery thread do you use on the baby blankets?
Answer: We match the silky satin lining/ borders, or we will use a color in the baby blanket that we feel will look best. If you want to request a thread color for your baby blanket, please put the color preferred into the comments area of the order form, we will do our best to use the color that you have requested, if we have it available.

Question: Can I get 3 names embroidered onto a baby blanket?
Answer:No, we are not doing any special requests at this time.

Question: Do you embroider the baby blanket before the satin lining is sewn on, so the embroidery is only on the "top" of the baby blanket?
Answer: We embroider ready made baby blankets so your personalized embroidery stitching will show on the bottom/underside/satin lining of the baby blanket.

Question: Do you have a baby blanket with_____________ on it?
Answer: All of our baby blankets prints are shown on our site. If you do not see it, then we do not have it. Question: Can you make a baby blanket with _________on it?
Answer: No, we no longer offer custom made baby blankets.

Question: Do you offer gift wrap?
Answer: Yes, our gift wrap is $3.50 & your blankets are placed in a cellophane bag with a ribbon & tiny enclosure card, & mailed in a decorative box or padded mailer.

Question: Are there any fillings in your baby blankets?
Answer:Our baby blankets are light weight and are made with out any fibers /fillings/ or battings, *with the exception of filled toile baby blankets, & the filled all satin baby blankets which are noted in their title & descriptions.

Question: Are your all flannel baby blankets 1 or 2 layers thick?
Answer: All of our baby blankets have a lining & are 2 layers thick.

Question: Can I get the baby blanket larger/smaller than it's shown?
Answer: Our baby blankets are only available in the sizes shown.

Question: Can I get a matching travel size "blankie to go" for the ready made baby blankets?
Answer: If you do not see the travel size blankie offered on the travel silky baby blanket page, then the print is no longer available, & we can not make it for you.

Question: How long does it take for a baby blanket to be embroidered?
Answer: 14 days (with the exception of RUSH personalized baby blankets, which takes 3 days). Then allow 4 days for delivery.

Question: Are your baby blankets quilted?
Answer: All of our baby blankets are not quilted (quilting infers to a process in which 3 layers of fabrics, usually 1 of the fabrics is a batting of some kind, which are sewn together by either hand tying or machine sewing through the 3 layers of fabric, which creates a puffed/ raised appearance).

Question: Help, I just checked my delivery confirmation number at UPS (United Parcel Service) & it shows that it does not exist!
Answer: We get this question often, please make sure that you are checking your number at USPS (United States Postal Service) we include their link when we email you your delivery confirmation number. *Note your delivery confirmation number will only show up once your gift has been delivered to confirm delivery (that is why the post office calls it a delivery confirmation number) it will not show up before it has been delivered, so you can not track when we mailed your package, or while it is in route.

Question: Are babyblankies.com baby blankets returnable?
Answer: Yes, simply return the unused blanket to us within 7 days and your credit card will be credited minus the shipping costs.
After 7 days but within 2 weeks, a store credit will be issued. No store credit after 2 weeks. *Please note personalized baby blankets, custom made baby blankets and SALE baby blankets, & store special baby blankets are not returnable & are FINAL SALES.
